Where to watch your NFL team in Fort Lauderdale

South Florida is full of transplants, and Sundays still belong to our home teams. If you want a bar that feels like your neighborhood spot — packed with fans who care as much as you do — Fort Lauderdale has a few that draw specific crowds. Below are the bars different fan bases have adopted, plus the spots that put every game on for a group that roots for different teams.

Team bars

These places tend to fill with one fan base on game day, with the sound turned up for that team. Call ahead on a big Sunday — the popular ones take reservations for tables during the early and late windows, and they fill fast for marquee matchups.

  • Patriots — The Village Grille, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea
  • Browns — Tin Roof, Fort Lauderdale
  • Steelers — Galway Shawl, Fort Lauderdale (expect Terrible Towels and a packed house)
  • Bears — Hot Leggz, Fort Lauderdale
  • Eagles — The Parrot, Fort Lauderdale
  • Ravens — Whiskey Neat, on the 17th Street Causeway

Every game on

If your group cheers for different teams, these have plenty of TVs and show all the matchups: Blondie’s on the Beach, Bokampers Sports Bar & Grill, American Social and the Bamboo Tiki Bar. Bokampers is the classic big-screen sports-bar setup; American Social sits on the water downtown if you want the game with a nicer dinner; Blondie’s and the Bamboo Tiki Bar keep it casual and close to the sand.

Watch the game at the nest

You don’t have to go out at all. The backyard has an outdoor screen by the pool, so a lot of groups grill, swim and put the game on at the house — especially for a full Sunday of football when nobody wants to move the car twice. Two living areas mean the people who want the game and the people who want quiet aren’t in the same room. For the 2026-27 season’s bigger events and where to catch pro, college and spring-training action nearby, see live sports near the nest.

Build the day around it

The good news is that a game day here doesn’t cost you the beach. Kickoff for the early window is late morning local time, so you can get a beach or pool morning in first, then settle in for the afternoon and evening slates. If you want to make a night of it after the late game, the Wilton Manors and Las Olas guides cover where the nightlife runs, and the rooftop bars guide is there if you’d rather end the night over the water. Beach, dinner, your team’s crowd, then back to the pool at the nest after the final whistle.
