These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at turtlenestbungalow.com and its preview addresses (the “Site”), operated by Turtle Nest Bungalow (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Bookings

Reservations are made through our booking provider's checkout (Lodgify). The rental terms, payment terms and cancellation policy shown during checkout and in your confirmation form the contract for your stay. Our Policies page summarizes the house rules for convenience; where the two differ, the checkout terms apply.

Information on the Site

We work to keep descriptions, amenities, local guides and travel information accurate and current, and we date our guides. Hours, prices, schedules and third-party services change without notice; confirm anything important with the provider before relying on it. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal or financial advice.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs of the property, videos, design and code of the Site are owned by or licensed to Turtle Nest Bungalow and are protected by copyright. Photographs sourced under Creative Commons licenses are credited on the page where they appear, with a link to the license. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

Third-party names and marks

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Lodgify, Brightline, YouTube and other names and logos mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify those services. Turtle Nest Bungalow is an independent vacation rental and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

Links

The Site links to third-party websites, including restaurants, attractions, transit operators and government pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to send spam, scrape content in bulk, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or interfere with the Site's operation.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turtle Nest Bungalow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the terms of your reservation.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, email info@turtlenestbungalow.com with the URL, a description of the work, your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief. We respond promptly and remove material that should not be here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
